  • GPS Navigation & Monitoring Unit

This unique product was developed and implemented exclusively by Technesys and includes the following features:

    • One main CPU board interfaces an external GPS receiver module with three different wireless modems (Cellemetry, Micro Burst, and tri-band Motorola GSM modem), and allows the unit to work reliably on international geographic areas including North America, Europe, and Asia.
    • 2Mb flash memory allows storage of data for at least 30 days. The data can be accessed through an RS-232 communication port.
    • The unit has numerous analog and digital inputs/outputs to allow for remote monitoring and control of external devices including temperature, doors, fuel level, engine parameters, and many others. These features are easily configurable to satisfy almost any customer request.
    • On-board 2-axis accelerometer generates a "warning" signal in a case of accident to automatically alert emergency personnel.
    • Many features can be upgraded or modified by the end user through re-programming features on the main CPU board without re-designing the hardware.
